Getting The REAL Story From Hands-On Evaluation

I can make a pitch every which way and then some, but getting the REAL facts of the potential with Science fusion™, the Elements of the Scienauts™ is best learned from hands-on experience in a live setting. Considering that the Table of Elements is not an every day item of delight to ponder over, I decided to take the game to the University of Las Vegas library to get some feedback. Now rest assured, this was an interesting situation when you consider I was taking a GAME to a university library where a quiet atmosphere is mandatory. I approached one of the students who was working in the library and inquired if it would be okay to try this. The young lady made her answer simple..."Why not?".

The young lady knew some fellow students who were into math, physics, and the sort, and called them up to ask if they would be interested in evaluating this game in the library. The idea of playing a game in the library and the challenge to keep it quiet was quite enticing to the students. The first 10 minutes was well under control, but soon afterwards it became quite different. Word got around to many others as to what was going on at the table where we were playing the game and in time we had a bit of a crowd around the table, which of course caused the wrong people to take notice. The end result was my getting chastised for using the campus facilities without a pass or being a student. Well, at least I received plenty of feedback from the participants who played the game. It was an overwhelming positive from all of the students ranging from plenty of excitement, to a simple "it was cool". Essentially, the message conveyed was that they all enjoyed playing the game or watching, and felt "that game is a monumental idea!" It is easy to conceive that Science fusion™, the Elements of the Scienauts™ may possibly create an entirely new dimension in learning.

Understanding The Overall Evaluation Of This Game

Science fusion™, the Elements of the Scienauts™ was far more of a challenge to ensure a fair and thorough review and evaluation, but like with anything else in life, where there is a will, there is way! It was quite enjoyable to all the participants in this evaluation, to face the challenge to deliver the same quality we have given every other review to date. Emotions do not have any part of our review process. Guidelines are set to conduct the review and the bottom line is what the numbers add up to in the end.

The design quality, innovation level, and educational value are quite high. The FunFactor™ was clear to see as being tops from our own evaluation as well as the response from the hands-on participants at the library. The visual appeal was average, but the marketing value is well of the scale. This game was a challenge to review, but has proven itself well deserving of being inducted into The Toy Man™ Product Guide.
